Please note that EDGE Seminars are open to all, not just IAPCO members.

In person participants
The seminar registration fee includes:
- Access to the seminar incl. coffee breaks, refreshments, and lunch
- Participation in networking events and social program
- Transfer services to networking events
- Virtual access to the presentations ´on demand´ for 1 month after the seminar
- 1 year access to IAPCO webEDGE: an online education platform with event management courses

The seminar registration fee includes:
- Virtual access to the program
- Virtual networking opportunities

Cancellation policy
All cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing to the conference office by email to iapco@gyro.no
- On-site participation cancellations will be converted to virtual participation and the difference will be refunded after the seminar.
- No refunds for cancellations of virtual participations. Name changes are possible.
- A fee of EUR 25 is charged for each name change.
Cancellation of accommodation can be made prior to 10 December 2021 with refund of the reservation. No refund will be given after this date.

Gyro Conference handles all personal data according to the laws of the EU-Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG New). You will find all Data Protection information within the registration and hotel booking process.

Payments
Payment by credit card upon registration. You will receive a confirmation with receipt of your payment immediately after registration.
